Reduction of Outstanding POD's

1. Reduction of Outstanding Proof of Delivery (POD) consignments from 1.4% (aprox. 800 cons. per week) to a stable 0.3% (aprox. 150 cons. per week).
2. Project manager for a cross-functional team of 10 people, utilising Lean Six Sigma technologies and methodologies.
3. Achieved a sustainable result whilst managing competing priorities and various operational challenges (including politics, resources, and procedure documentation).
